These are what I was looking for. They sit high enough to cover my hips and the elastic doesn’t cut into my waist. the leg openings hit right across the thigh. The cotton is breathable and stretchy but not too thick under work pants. Will be ordering more!

Love the way they fit and feel. I was having issues finding underwear that doesn't have weird products, like modal, put in them and finding some that the elastic doesn't irritate the inside of my thighs.
These cotton panties are the only ones I have found that are PERFECT in every aspect. I will NEVER wear another kind!
