This is a lie about free returns. I ordered the wrong size; and I just wanted to exchange or return. I have sent at least six emails and there has been NO RESPONSE.

I gave an excellent review on Amazon, because I love the product. I went ahead and placed another order; but I don't like the lies. Don't say free returns, and then be incapable of following through.

They must run small and you are skimping on the material . They are not as comforable as the last ones I purchased and will probably not purchase any more .

Terrible product, non-existent customer service.
The thighs roll up making these absolutely impossible to wear - unless you want to walk around all day tugging them down, which I don't. I've written to support 2x over the last 2 1/2 weeks about returned at least 2 of the 3 pairs, which are in mint condition, but have not heard back.

Love the way they fit and feel. I was having issues finding underwear that doesn't have weird products, like modal, put in them and finding some that the elastic doesn't irritate the inside of my thighs.
These cotton panties are the only ones I have found that are PERFECT in every aspect. I will NEVER wear another kind!

I like them very much but would be better with a thicker cotton crotch making them more comfortable.
